Previous Experience
Cyber Graphics
Conducted research on various companies to produce logos, re-brands, packaging, and marketing collateral. Accomplished production work for top name brands including; Babybell, Delicious Snacks, Dr.Scholls, Gold Bond and more. Produced large orders of mockups, up to quantities of 10,000. Assisted with food styling photoshoots and producing 3-D mockups.
UPIC, Clemson
Worked with Campus Banner + Design for a second semester, this time through the University Professional Internship and Co-op Program at Clemson University. Provided with and utilized mock interviews, resume reviews, portfolio workshops, and check-in meetings to discuss my internship, and work that was produced. Responsible for the producing various design work for the year-long Mental Health Campaign from January to May.
Campus Banner + Design
Designed for both digital adversising and print production. This included logos, flyers, infographics, social media blasts, and more. Accomplished the production of various types of print jobs; mostly banners, signs and die-cut labels. Utilized core competencies and designed following the Clemson University brand guidelines with all projects.
Relevant Courses
UX/UI & Web Design I and II
Teaching the fundamentals of user experience, web design, and front-end development. Using base user experience principles and practices, and introducing web design and front-end development over the length of the course. Using those skills and placing real-world scenarios, the course will explore product design, and build a client-ready portfolio. The course will introduce HTML5, CSS, jQuery.
Visual Design & Art Direction
Students will learn the fundamentals of type design, vector illustrations, digital design, campaign design, art direction, logo design, layout, personal branding, freelancing, and design theory. Using these skills, students will apply them to various different design projects throughout the course.
Digital Imaging & E-Media
Centered around digital imaging, this course explores digital graphic communications photography, video and web design. The photography segment concentrates on manual camera capture; the video segment introduces the basic process of filmmaking; and the web segment covers basic coding and design. Online marketing tools and social media are also explored
Typography
Explore the fundamentals of typography, fonts and symbols. Students will use their knowledge to design their own working typefaces, and create images using letterforms. LinkedIn Learning will also be used to cover certain sections of the course.
